What Kaizo Bridge is

Kaizo Bridge is a fan project run by Nova Holding OÜ (registry code 17433430, VAT number EE102953453), Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia. The game is free; the tracker is a perk for subscribers of a Twitch channel (see below). It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and FireRed are trademarks of their respective owners.

Your copy of the game

The site never distributes the game: it only provides patches. To play you need your own, legally obtained copy of Pokémon FireRed (USA, version 1.0). You are responsible for the copy you use. The game runs in your browser, in English only.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and give a real email address. One account per person.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
• Your player name is public. It must not be offensive, impersonate someone else or contain personal data. We may change or remove names, and suspend or delete accounts, that break these terms or cheat.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account.

The tracker and Twitch subscriptions

• The game, saves, runs, the guide and the leaderboards are free. The tracker, the live panel next to the game, unlocks for subscribers of the Twitch channel named in Play and in Account.
• You subscribe on Twitch, under Twitch's terms: Twitch sets the price, charges you, renews and ends the subscription and handles refunds. We never see your payment details. A subscription supports the channel; it does not give you any right to Pokémon content.
• To unlock the tracker, connect your Twitch account from Account. We check your subscription with Twitch when you connect, when you ask, and at least every 6 hours: when a subscription ends, the tracker locks again within that time.
• One Twitch account unlocks one Kaizo Bridge account. You can disconnect Twitch at any time.
• The tracker may change, be unavailable for a while or stop, also when Twitch changes its service.

Leaderboards, ranked seasons and tournaments

When they open, their rules and scores will be published on the site. Runs played with a modified game, emulator or page, or with results sent by hand, are excluded.

The service

Kaizo Bridge is offered as it is: it may change, be interrupted or stop. Saves live in your browser and are lost if you clear its data; export them to keep a copy. Within the limits allowed by law, we are not liable for lost saves or data, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.
